Build v1.0.2 — SA ID validation hardened (Peter's UAT finding, 11 Aug 2026). One shared validator replaces three copy-pasted ones that had DRIFTED: Stage 5 Private hardcoded the 1900s, so anyone born from 2000 onwards was accepted on Step 1 and rejected on Step 5, including when Self auto-filled it. The Luhn check now also runs server-side at submit, so it is a guarantee rather than a convenience
